Setup LINK F3 Pada COD Black Ops II *Update*



Salah satu keunggulan Freestyle 3  (F3) adalah terintegrasinya fitur online multiplayer bernama Link. Link adalah fitur pengganti Xlink Kai, namun lebih baik, lebih sederhana dan lebih mudah untuk di setup. Keunggulan Link adalah tidak membutuhkan PC untuk proses koneksi ke server.  Baik Xlink Kai maupun Link, sama-sama membutuhkan game yang memilik fitur System Link. *Update* Tutorial ini sudah disesuaikan menggunkan Freestyle 3 versi terbaru Rev 483 dimana Devlink harus Disabled dan Pingpatch seperti biasa harus Enabled pada setting Dashlaunch.



Bahan yang dibutuhkan

1. Mesin Xbox 360 JTAG atau RGH

2. Game dengan fitur System Link

3. Router dan Kabel LAN

4. * Pastikan Devlink DISABLED dan Pingpatch ENABLED pada Dashlaunch. (Untuk Freestyle 3 Rev 483)



Tahapan setup Link


1. Registrasi terlebih dahulu di covers.jqe.com

 * Click pada gambar untuk memperbesar
 2. Sambungkan Xbox ke Router, dan jalankan mesin.

3. Pastikan IP Address pada Xbox 360 sudah di set ke automatic di NXE (System Settings>Network Settings>Wired/Wiress>Configure Network). IP address yang benar biasanya dimulai dari 192.168.1.1xx

4. Jalankan F3 dan masuklah ke bagian General Settings, pilih JQE360 dan masukkan username dan passwordnya dan klik Link Console to JQE360

5. Masuk ke bagian Plugin Setting pada F3 dan samakan settingnya dengan gambar di bawah ini, lalu tekan Test
* Click pada gambar untuk memperbesar
6. Bila setting sudah benar, maka akan muncul layar dengan status pass.  
* Click pada gambar untuk memperbesar
Bila tidak ada tulisan Pass, cek setting kembali.

7. Game yang akan digunakan untuk testing Link adalah Call of Duty Black Ops II

8. Pastikan game ini, sudah diupdate menggunakan Title Updates terbaru, bila belum, lihat gambar di bawah ini

9. Pilih game Black Ops II pada layar F3, dan tekan Y (options)

10. Pilih Manage Title Updates

11. Tekan Y (Download TUs), dan biarkan sampai keluar Title Update versi terkini.

12. Tekan B untuk back, dan langsung jalankan game tersebut.

 13. Tekan tombol Xbox Home, pilih System Link

14. Geser ke Lobby, pilih Room yang banyak usernya dan tekan A untuk Enter room

15. Balik ke game Black Ops II , dan pilih Multiplayer

 16. Pilih System Link, pilih Join game untuk ikut bermain di room yang disediakan atau dapat pula menjadi Host dengan memilih Create Game. Untuk tutorial ini, contohnya Join game

17. Bila berhasil, maka akan terlihat nama Room pada layar. Tekan A untuk memulai
